Eagles, if not man of the match, v Donny, was very close to being. why did he not even feature today? Was he even on the bench?

He was dropped and I'd imagine it's for the reason that Dougie sees him as a luxury we couldn't afford playing away from home at the mighty Wigan.

I was surprised Eagles didn't start today.Glad Davies is back see him run 50 yards to take the ball back of their winger in added time tackled him and launched an attack great commitment.Need a left back Baptiste can't handle the position.£22-000 grand a week he is on.

Fell out with Dougie on friday over a training drill. Disappointing dougie doesn't play his better players for the good of the team.

Eagles was on the bench against Wigan and as for Baptiste, he wasn't signed as a left back so it's unfair on him being constantly played out of position.

I can well believe this, another case of Dougie putting his ego before the team.
If we'd gone there to attack we'd have won, but Dougie's ultra cautious tactics put us on the back foot from the start.

Eagles not used and waited too long to put the subs in ..... so just more poor decision making.
These are the facts ..... we are a below average Champs team lying 16th and with all 15 teams ahead of us with a better goal diference. Even with a win next week the best we could do is 15th. More than likely we will not be in the top half by Christmas.....we have a below average manager and we all know about our ace chairman. No money for January ...
So were does it leave us? a plodding mid-table finish would be about all I could hope for at this point. And rebuild for next season.

It got to the point where the fans had to sing 'Dougie make a sub', once they had the third we looked lost of ideas. Bringing on beckford was probably the wrong move in hindsight, that game was perfect for someone like Craig Davies who we could of just used as a battering ram in the last 25. Beckford and Mason were never going to win much in the air.

The word is from the Burnley end, is that this all started when last year of contract Eagles was trying to engineer a move to Wigan to be with his mate the Lying Scotsman.
That went all breasts up when the slimey one was fired off.

One of the three behind Mason were always going to be dropped for this game, playing away at one of the stronger sides in the division Dougie was bound to be slightly cautious and opt for more legs in midfield.

Thank you the Dougie love club. You never cease to amuse and amaze me. Just what will it take for you realise what a dipstick Freedman is?
