Are you a lark or an owl?

I watched that Terry Wogan programme last night about the body clock.

It's rare that I'm asleep before 4am, irrespective of what time I've gotta be up the next day. I don't like going to bed full stop - sleeping's boring, feels like I'm missing out - let alone anything before midnight.

I suppose that makes me an owl.

Lark. I have a bowel movement every morning at 4.30. Unfortunately I don't get up til 5.

Defo an owl, which makes it hard getting up in a morning for work

I saw the first 5 or so minutes and it looked fun as well as educational.

If anyone else could comment who have watched the whole program then that would be great

I go to bed around 10.45 pm and get up around 7am, this includes weekends as well. I presume I'm a Lark?

The body clock isn't one of the more straightforward human biology topics to understand, and I must admit I'm not much the wiser having seen the programme.

It was watchable though.

Bed at 11 in the week and up at 7.30 - I love my sleep.
