I watched that Terry Wogan programme last night about the body clock.
It's rare that I'm asleep before 4am, irrespective of what time I've gotta be up the next day. I don't like going to bed full stop - sleeping's boring, feels like I'm missing out - let alone anything before midnight.
I suppose that makes me an owl.
