Fack off magoo you Fag, it's my boy he's got an anal fissure since he gave birth to a huge brown fish it went down without a flush. Now it keeps splitting he's got some cream for it but I think it needs stitching up.

Just stick a bit of sellotape on it, it will keep it together and you will also be able to keep an eye on it with it being see-through!

i know they can be extremely painful (i've not had one but i work in a Hospital Pharmacy so have heard stories!) The cream/gel they usually use is either GTN or Diltiazem but i've heard this stings as well.

It's uniroid HC ointment contains hydrocortisone cinchocaine hydrochloride  alcohol paraffin sounds like he don't want to light any farts to me.
