Which Side Of The Bed Do You Sleep On?

In a relationship, which side of the bed do you sleep on?

Do you sleep on a particular side so that the wife/girlfriend likes to go to the loo 10 times a night and you don't want to be disturbed or is it so she can tackle the burglars first?

In the middle , i make her sleep on the floor.

I sleep in a basket.

Thanks KP. I should have added that I sleep in a basket because Mrs BB has taken a swarthy lover called Edmundo,who claims to be from Venezuela. I know for a fact he's from Irlam and works for Carphone Warehouse.

I slept on the right in our first house, left in the second, right in the third, left in the fourth. But each time it's been my preferred side.

Im trying to figure out what the deciding/consistent factor is.

It is common parlance for the man to sleep on the side of the bed nearest to the door in order to be the first person to greet any potential nocturnal intruder.

I sleep on the left and my Mrs likes to sit on my face!
