I visit Greece quite a lot and obviously you see scarves hung up in bars. They are fanatical football fans and they know of the Wanderers because of Stelios.
A few years ago I went in a bar in Parga and this Greek guy got talking about football and pulled out a Wanderers shirt, flag and scarf! Had my picture taken with all the tackle on!!
l'm going this year when the World Cup is on, it won't be the first time, the atmosphere when the matches are on is excellent, specially if the home team is playing.
