I have it on good authority that Ngog was one of the top earners on £35,000 per week. I don't think anyone has ever been on 60k a week. Certainly not since Big Sam left us.

We'd be rivalling QPR's wage structure if we were offering £60,000 a week to players. We'd also have more than doubled N'gog's wages when he left Liverpool (I can't believe a youth player was on anything like £30,000 a week for them).

Just can't see that being true.

It's interesting that the media describe Andy Robinson as a "starlet". Why do they always do this? All the article is saying is that we've shown some interest in bolstering the squad with a player who is being considered because he's potentially a fairly steady back up for Spearing or Medo.
Or all football players "stars" or "starlets" these days?
