Wanderers’ under-21 side will be aiming to make it back to back victories when they come up against their West Ham United counterparts on Monday evening.
Having overturned a deficit against Arsenal last week to secure all three points against the Gunners, the Whites’ youngsters will be hoping to make it a duo of wins over London opposition with a similar result tomorrow night.
With just two league games of their domestic campaign left, the team currently reside in 14th position in the U21 Premier League standings, six points behind the Hammers in seventh.
The Upton Park youngsters head into Monday evening’s clash off the back of a 2-1 victory over Middlesbrough last week, but Nick Haydock’s side had suffered four defeats in their last six outings prior to that win.
The last time these two sides met in a competitive fixture was back in October 2012 – a game in which the East Londoners ran out 1-0 winners at the County Ground.
