Premiership manager of the year award?

Martinez for me. 

I said for years he is the best spotter of cheap talent and said we should have him as our manager years back.

Anyway look what he has done with Everton on a quarter of Liverpools budget.  Second place Rogers ...who I also like.  I personally hope the scoucers win the league ...by playing attractive footy and using youngsters.  A nice change.
