Wanderers seeded for first round cup draw

Wanderers will be seeded in the first round of next Tuesday’s Captial One Cup draw.

The draw will be split into northern and southern sides, which means that the Whites’ opponents will be one of the following sides: Accrington, Burton, Bury, Carlisle, Chesterfield, Crewe, Fleetwood, Hartlepool, Mansfield, Morecambe, Notts County, Oldham, Rochdale, Scunthorpe, Tranmere or York City.

The draw will be made on June 17 at 10am.

I can't see you beating any of those sides.

I can't wait, hope we get Scunny or Morecambe.

The Chorley/Stockport derby seems even more tempting now.

Fleetwood away would be best...at least you can get some good fish n chips and a couple of hours watching the donkeys........err the donkeys on the blackpool prom I mean.

True. It was a pleasant evening and a few beers in the pub beer garden opposite the ground went down very nicely. Losing after extra time on penalties wasn't part of the script though.

There's so many potential draws there that I'd be over the moon with.

It's bound to be a boring one like Hartlepool or Mansfield.

It's a shame Chorley aren't in the mix so we can shut the burnt fanny up!!!
