I would shoot everyone aged between 12-25 right now, miss a generation out if you like. Then the rest of the kids and those yet to be born would be brought up by people over the age of 25.

No more lives revolving around mobile phones, no more buying celebs pisspoor autobiographies, and no more chavs.

There are plenty of Chavs over 25, bit of a stumbling block.

True, but the vast majority are in the under 25 catagory.

My plan would definitely work, but I don't think people have the balls to go through with it.

My plan was always just empty the prisons and lock up all chavs... crime would rop 70-80% overnight, even with previously convicted murders and rapists on the loose.
