Simeon Slavchev likely to miss remainder of season

Simeon Slavchev is likely to miss the remainder of the season after injuring ankle ligaments on international duty with Bulgaria.

The on-loan Sporting Lisbon midfielder came off the bench for Bulgaria in their UEFA Euro 2016 2-2 qualifying draw with Italy.

He has so far made one substitute appearance for Bolton.

That's all it takes for our injury curse to strike.

Par for the course.....  shame we didn't get a decent look at him.

Presumably Lennon has had a really good look at him so maybe this will work in our favour if Lennon thinks we should sign him in the summer?
