There's a difference between being a bad player and bad value for money. If he'd been a free transfer, people's opinions on Elmander would be very different, or to be honest, more objective.

The worst finisher ever to grace the white shirt. No Bolton player has missed so many open goals.

He might be rubbish but we have still not replaced him IMO.

We have with Beckford, it's just a shame we can't keep the ball on the deck for more than 2minutes to play to the lads strengths.

Though to be honest a plastic bag would be able to replace Elmander.

You're just saying that because he cost a lot of money. He was no worse than say Henrik Pedersen. In fact he was a fair few classes above Pedersen.

Henrik Pedersen was one of my least favourite players of all time.

I bet Elmander would be no good at left back.
