I've noticed that they've all started doing that thing with their hands that Obama does, where they make a loose fist with the thumb sticking up slightly and wave it up and down when they're trying to make a point.

Cameron was doing it the other night.

Is it supposed to be a non-threatening gesture that inspires confidence?

Or are they all just a bunch of shallow planks who have bought into the science of how to get elected just a bit too much.....?

all their advisors are all ex american election PR people so it's probably not an accident.

That's a big reason why I lost interest in politics for a long time - Substance has been replaced by appearance and that can't be a good thing when you're electing people to run the country.
