I don't think I've ever known a more underwhelming summer than this one. Admittedly I wasn''t around in the Fourth Division/Lifeline/Normid Supermarket days. Whatever you think of Gary Madine, that a player of his calibre is the only striker to have come through the door says a lot about how far we have sunk in the last few years. We're basically following the same depressing pattern of so many other clubs. Get relegated, bring in a few "Premiership" players with the parachute money, it doesn't go to plan, and before you know it you're building a team out of journeymen. 
I'm amazed that season ticket sales are on a par with last season.

Correct you are sir...... 

We need to get bought out and an influx of cash to follow. Otherwise we can only be also ran's.  Shame really because we have a good manager now but he is shackled by the finances.
