Where can i find an asylum seeker?

i have a wardrobe full of clothes which i don't need. I don't want to bin them and im a bit dubious about clothing banks etc. Some of the stuff is decent and perfectly sellable on ebay but i would rather go straight to someone who might need it and give it all to them...

Give them to a charity shop then.
