You bellend. Wrestling isn't a sport, it has more in common with the theatre or cinema. The outcome is decided well in advance, the people involved are putting on an act.

So of course it's going to be more exciting than a one sided boxing fight, anyone can throw themselves from the top rope and pretend they're half dead, only to win the match 30 seconds later.

I'd rather pay money to watch something where only the people involved can influence the outcome, not some scriptwriter sat at home at his laptop.
It takes more skill and athleticism to be a wrestler than any other sport. Yeah out comes are scripted, but there is no doubt that the bumps and knocks they take still hurts. There is only so much padding that can be put down, but when you are jumping off a 20ft high cage onto a table mate out of ply it is still going to hurt.

Funniest post of the year so far.

I agree totally, Tom Cruise and Helen Mirren are far more athletic than Ronaldo and Messi.

Totally different kettle of fish, but I did expect a response like that from a WUM

Tom Cruise and the wrestlers are exactly the same. They work to a script and do their own stunts.

You really are making yourself look foolish here.

Nats right on both, wrestling (the one referred to here at least) isn't a sport and the claim it takes more skill and athleticism than any sport is nonsense.

More ahit spouted on here by ignorant bell ends i see.  Id like to see any footballers go up against someone like neville in a series of different sporting events and see who comes out on top.

Yes it is sports ENTERTAINMENT but the skills and the RISKS are very real.  Like to see any footballer jump off a 30 foot cage onto the announce table and turn up at work the next day

Get real, it's mostly CGI.

Ha ha, I don't believe anyone (even Johnny) is stupid enough to believe that crap. It's all acting and knowing how to fall without getting hurt. I've also heard the chairs they smash over each other are made of chocolate.

That's like saying Evil Knievel is the greatest sportsman of all time. LT'd point was about skill and athleticism not ability to do stunts. I've nothing against wrestling or its fans but it's not a sport on anyway they're actors on steroids performing scripted routines.

I could post a couple of hundred videos quite easily showing the strength, skill, athleticism, risk etc that all tops that of a footballer.

Stick to doing cam chats for amos Nat
