To coincide with the appointment of new manager Phil Parkinson, the early purchase deadline for 2016/17 season tickets at Macron Stadium has been extended.

Supporters now have until Thursday 30 June to sign up for the best possible prices for a season ticket at Macron Stadium for the upcoming campaign.

Existing season ticket holders who wish to renew in their previous season’s seats at Macron Stadium also have until June 30 to do so.

As of Tuesday 14 June, almost 8,500 have committed to a season ticket for the coming season.

Supporters wishing to pay by direct debit can still do so on a nine-month plan with a ten percent deposit upfront, up until June 30.

The club will also be holding its annual Select Your Seat day on Sunday 3 July for any season ticket holders wishing to relocate from their current seats.

The club would like to remind supporters that all seating areas of Macron Stadium will remain open for the 2016/17 campaign and any supporters who have purchased season tickets in the upper tiers and wish to move into the lower tiers can do so on Select Your Seat Day. The club's match ticket pricing efforts and strategy will be focused on filling the lower tiers, with a target of creating a positive atmosphere within Macron Stadium.

The Select Your Seat day allows supporters who commit to a season ticket by June 30 to visit Macron Stadium and relocate to any available seats should they wish to do so.

Dates for your diary
June 30: New early purchase deadline, seat renewal deadline and nine-month direct debit sign up deadline
July 1-3: Season ticket sales frozen
July 3: Select Your Seat Day
July 4: All remaining seats released for general sale

Does this 8,500 include people who paid direct debit last season and don't realise they need to cancel it?

Almost 8500 not nearly it's different
nearly 8500 = 3000 - 5000
almost 8500 = 5000-8000

joking aside though if it is 8500 and we can get the embargo lifted before the new deadline having got the manager in place it would be a great effort if we could get to 10,000

One of the main advantages of having an ST in League One is if you like away travel. Some of the smaller grounds only allocate a small number of tickets for away fans so the ST holders get priority.
