Got a call back from their HR dept late in the working day.

The guy who had the van yesterday denied it was him and "he wasn't even in Chorley" according to the HR woman.

Surprise, surprise.

She seemed surprised when I said I had it all on dashcam including sound, and asked her was she happy for me to send it to the police and put it on YouTube. She'll have to speak to her boss in the morning apparently.
