Thankfully they didn't find an equaliser to make it 2-2.

Fingers crossed for Tuesday now.

A two goal lead but we all know it's not in the bag yet.

It was nervy at times but we got over the line tonight. Just need to treat the second leg as if it's still 0 - 0 and play it like a cup final.

Absolutely correct Wander. I’ve got friends counting their chickens before they’re hatched with saying Wembley is on!

We are just half way there at the moment.

I'll take 0-0 on Tuesday ......should have one foot in the final but as we know - it's BWFC

As for tonight - Santos MOM - everyone else did their job - Baxter saved us a couple of times. GT is still way off form but is Ian's favorite.

Not related, but where is Jon Daddy? is he injured - I must have missed that news.

With Demps's 1 on 1 chance, Paris' shot that skimmed the bar, several blocked shots and the disallowed goal in which I don't think Dion did any more than their shithouse strikers did, we could have put this tie to bed but as it is it just seems like a nervous half time.
God knows what my ticker will do if they get an early goal at our place.

I'm sure both teams will recognise the importance of an early goal - albeit for different reasons - so it's not impossible if the game starts hammer and tongs. I'd prefer risking going for it from the off rather than sitting back trying to weather the inevitable storm that Barnsley will bring at the beginning of the game.
We know they're going to start brightly, Evatt knows it and so do the players so the best response to that we could make is sticking them with an early goal.
