Is this ebayer a terrorist?

I came across this guy on ebay and wanted to check his feedback before I bought anything from him. Turns out all of his previous feedback is for buying and he hasn't sold anything.

Looking at his purchase list we see:

Fertilizer
Gloves
Fertilizer
Wireless Remote Control Unit
Blackout Blind
Lamp Holder
Draft Excluder
Strong Tape

and then there are other things you can't see but you can see the places he bought from, cable supplies, rucksack, etc...

So, is he growing drugs or making bombs?
