From the view Halsey had he couldn't see it but the linesman and 4th official must have had a decent view.

It was a shit tackle, either badly timed or deliberate - I'd like to think the former. Point is, if a tackle like that ended one of my favourite players' career or simply put them out for a lengthy period a la Holden and Lee I'd be pissed off.
I honestly think we'd still be in the prem if it wasn't for Holden's injury as he would have made a point or so's difference in the form he was in pre-injury - the margin by which we were relegated.
Can't decide if the young lad was clumsy or just a twat, but he was one or the other.

He got his full body's weight plus momentum, into chappie's knee. An example to all young defenders of what not to do.

Dave Whelan has just been on SSN saying there was nowt wrong with the tackle. I now suspect he is Natasha Whittam.
