I use(d) Le'God on other forums because my favourite bolton player was Youri. I didn't use a random picture of russian female model and pretend to be a woman, making up a full life backstory.

I must confess that I don't look anything like my avatar Yendi Phillips (wrong gender, for starters). I once thought I looked a little like El-Hadji Diouf but now I realise that I look like my Dad.

Why have they got avatars on this site? They obviously cause a lot of trouble for some users. Just because some one has a picture of a famous person doesn't mean they are trying to be someone else. If Jane had a picture of Mickey Mouse would you have a problem with that?

I am not a fat kid with a blue lunchbox (I got a new shiny red one last week), and the slogan on my t-shirt isn't strictly true (I don't go on dates)

Like i said bud, it all dates back to long ago when a particular poster used to use random pictures of Ukrainian soft-porn models and say it was them. (it wasn't)

so it's a long standing forum curiosity when someone has a picture and says its them.

obviously i don't think everyone is their avatar, I'm not retarded and i couldn't care less what people have, but it does perk my interest when someone pretends to be the oposite sex on a forum, with a full backstory and randomly acquired picture from a motorbike forum.
