Craig Dawson-Last Game. Who to fill the gap?

With Dawson's last game away at Cardiff who will fill the void

I'd rather play with 10 men than pick Mills.

Wheater if fit.

If fit - Wheater.

If Wheater not fit - Ream.

Even if ream is injured, Id play him before mills.

Wheater has been nursed back to full fitness with Dawson's leaving in mind - it's why he hasn't been in although he thinks he is ready.

Ream.

He looked as though he was getting used to this league just before dawson came, I think he could be a quality defender if he bulks up a bit, more suited to the prem

Ream for me. I don't think we can gamble with Wheater and Mills at this point. At least Ream has actually played a game.

In fairness, he was half decent.

Whoever it is needs to be ready.

Ream - he's the only one match fit I believe.

We could always play Ricketts there and bring in Butterfield as right back as another alternative.

Don't know how good / bad Butterfield is myself as I've never seen him to judge him though.

When all fit:

David Wheater > Tim Ream > Lofty the Lion > Natasha Whittam > Matt Mills

Butterfield is worse than knight.

I'm sure you are right but I still prefer to make my own judgement on what I see, even if it is only from clips on the telly or a stream.

I don't rate Knight or Wheater and I said so before they even played a game for us. I though Ream was ok at first but I was shocked to see how easily he got pushed off the ball this season. As for Mills all I ever seen of him is being so badly out of position - but I couldn't judge if that was because he was trying to cover for the faults of other players or simplt because he is crap.

I did like the cameo of Ricketts with Knight when Cahill was out - but it doesn't seemed to have worked on the few times they've been partnered since - although I think I'm right in saying that was under Coyle with only Keith Andrews to protect them (whilst he filled the rest of the midfield up with those crunching tacklers - Petrov, Eagles and Mavies!).

I think I will go with Ream over the rest and hope he's learned to look after himself on the pitch a lot more since the time he was dropped.

TBH, none of them have had enough games, can we not call back Dawson for a few games FFS ?

Ream is poor.

Mills is shockingly bad.

Wheater is not fit and to slow.

Would rather play Ricketts there and Riley at right back.
