Have you been enjoying the Athletics World Championships?

I love athletics, I used to be an athlete myself. I used to be a 400m specialist, I could sprint all 400 metres. I once clocked 53 seconds for it back as a 15 year old.

It has been a good championships, it is a shame that the crowds have been so poor, but that is Russia for you, they don't give a fuck. 

Looking forward to the 200m later in the week.

I really haven't been able to watch much sadly.

I saw Bolt though who was impressive as ever.

I miss the swimming and other events u get at the Olympics. The Olympics is just untouchable when it comes to entertainment.

I'm looking forward to Bolt v Farrah.

I'd like to have watched it- but I'm at my daughters for a few days and she has a smart TV with a skybox and another sort of box underneath it. With three handsets. I can't get the bleeding thing to work- too many  handsets and too many buttons to press. It's 3D as well - and that apparently makes it better.
I've given up trying.

Six years on from the start of this thread and it's still boring the arse off me.
