The Whites will face Gary Bowyer’s men on Saturday 31st August, with a 3pm kick-off in east Lancashire.

It will be the 163rd meeting between the two Football League founder members in all competitions, with Bolton holding the upper hand with 66 victories compared to Blackburn’s 59.

Four of those wins have come in their last four contests, including last season’s Championship game at Ewood Park when Dougie Freedman’s side ran out 2-1 winners in November 2012.

Ticket details are as follows:
Season ticket holders – on sale Wednesday 14th August, 9am
Members – on sale Monday 19th August, 9am
Open sale – Wednesday 21st August, 9am

Prices for the game are as follows:
Adults: £25
Over 65s: £15
U16s: £7
