Will Knight Start?

Freedman says there are going to be changes for Saturday and some of the ponces that don't give 100% will be left out.

So who is the biggest ponce at Bolton? Who strides through matches as though he's doing his shopping at Sainsburys? Who is the biggest liability in the Bolton defence?

Mr Zat Knight of course. I know he's rubbish, you know he's rubbish but do you actually think Freedman thinks this?

Shows a complete error of judgement to drop your captain, however doing so would show DF has the bollocks to hold his hand up. I'll not hold my breath I'm afraid.

Love it if he did drop him, but probably not.

Like most of us I fear that he will start but hope that Dougie drops the useless twat.

I suspect there will be some reshuffling at the back but I doubt it won't be as incisive as I hope for. For me the likelihood is that Wheater will be dropped as he's been the weakest link - and that will probably be it.

I'd be surprised if Dougie is radical enough to play e.g. Baptiste in the centre or give Cian Bolger or White an opportunity or drop the diamond system or change the midfield drastically.

Whatever happens, at least Dougie isn't doing a Coyle and persisting with the same players in the same system, so any change is welcome.

Giving knight the captaincy almost certainly guarantees him a place so he will be in the squad for Leeds unfortunately.

I don't think Dougie has the balls to drop the useless twat, god knows what he was thinking when he made him captain!

I've gone for no, more in hope than anything. My ideal back 4 for the leeds game would be....

Mears.....Baptiste....Mills....Tierney

Personally I hope he has a re-shuffle in the midfield aswell and ditches the 2 defensive midfielders at home.

The fact he transfer listed Knight on deadline day is a pretty clear indication that he's either completely lost faith in him or believes he needs a wake up call to improve his form. If it's the latter I'd expect him to give him one more go at Leeds (although he's a lost cause IMO), if it's the former and he plays anyway it shows how little he thinks of the other centre backs in the squad.

According to the BEN, Knight, Mears, Ream, N'gog and Mills (I think) were 'made available' on the last day. So not sure if that means officially transfer listed or just letting other clubs no we were open to offers. 

Obviously there was no interest unfortunately.

The Douglas is showing a fault in his character that Coyle had namely a stubbornness to change things that obviously need changing because of a 'I'm the boss and no-one tells me what to do' mentality. 'I'll do it my way so keep your nose out'.
 
I don't know if it's a Scottish thing but it's very damaging for the club.

I mean, how much would we of sold Knight for ?

I'm guessing he's worth around 150k , some mug manager would of tried to get us down to 100k , they couldn't of wanted him sold that much, I mean he is our captain , our leader.

If you could turn back time would you do everything in your power to get Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ?
