Out of all the thing's to catch on fire, you would not expect it to be your dishwasher.(no not the other half Scott).
fecking filled the west wing full of smoke, took me half an hr to get it out he house.
Bloody pipework all behind the units.
Well i survived it, need a new dishwasher now. Very Happy

Magoo, you should do your bit for the environment by washing your pots in the sink like the rest of us common folk.

Nowt wrong with a dishwasher - its a timesaver - its the washing clothes in the local stream with 2 bits of rocks that is the most time consuming!

Not indoors, but we used to have a massive conifer about thirty feet tall at the end of our drive and I was once burning the weeds on the path with one of those "Weed-Wand" thingies and I got a bit too close to it.

Because it was all dry and dead in the middle, the fucking thing went up like a Roman Candle.

And some twat rang the fire brigade and when they arrived I was running in and out of the house with the washing up bowl and the bastards pissed themselves laughing.

I once bought indoor firework's, not a good idea, I lived in a posh flat in Weybridge Surrey.
I was on the middle floor, fire alarms going off all over the place.
I moved out the following year  Very Happy
