Up For Games.

Now , i'm ex Army , and one thing that got us through hard times was aggression, the will to win and team spirit, shouldn't the Manager of a football team breed this into his players?

I just don't think that Freedman can get his team up for games, can you?

We need someone that can shout the riot act, and get the players up for games FFS, not some clever fool that thinks he can out-wit the opposition Manager.

We need balls.

If a team is confident of its own ability and more importantly has the ability to start with. Add in a decent formation and tactics and it shouldn't matter how the other team play. Unfortunately we have no confidence, no tactics. No "best" xi as the team keeps getting tinkered with and players are constantly played out of position or asked to do a job they aren't comfortable doing. (Which in pratleys case is just kicking a ball full stop)
