I'm off work today due to the fact I had a few too many last night during the PNE v Utd game.
I'm not dying on my feet, but I don't feel up to putting in a shift.
Am I skiving?
Am I a skiver?
I rarely take time off,and I feel a little bit guilty about not making a bigger effort to drag myself in,but in the end I thought 'sod 'em' I'm taking myself back to bed.
I'm sure Nat would sack me on the spot. Shocked

Sometimes you just have to take a day off. Smell the roses. Life's too short, after all.

I also watched the game last night and I'm definitely skiving although I am at work - in body if not in spirit.

I am genuinely embarrassed about it Magoo.
If I am sacked, I'll be forced to retire. Damnit.

I happen to be working very hard.
The 3.55 at Wetherby is a tough race to call, and I'm having to check the handicap ratings assiduously.
Might have an each way single on that race, and go for a treble at Wolverhampton.
This is tricky. A trip to the fridge is called for. Have a nice day.Skiving? Sgiving-the-finger_100-111
