On a proper retro trip tonight.

I fell in love with Tanya Donnelly when I was 17 and I'm still waiting in hope.

Cracking band.

Natalie Merchant was Plan B.

Still got that on CD.

Hawthorns circa '91 - one of those tunes you put your pint down and went and danced to, irrespective of what you were doing or how fit she was.

10,000 Maniacs were a family event for me back in those days Breaders. I used to play the "In My Tribe" CD all the time in the car and even the wife and my 2 teenage daughters grew to love it and still ask me to play it these days.

Good taste inherited from their Dad, obviously. 

If you play the guitar a bit and like AC/DC, you will appreciate how talented this kid is.

in a similar vein to Breaders and Hip Priests posts i used to love this band in the early 90's. Just read they are getting back together again as well
