What would your dream career be?

I am watching Gary Neville, Souness and Niall Quinn on Super Sunday right now, it is believed that they all earn about £8000 a show, for watching football in an executive box and chatting about it.
What a life!

However, for me my dream career which I do hope one day I may achieve is a professional poker player. Playing cards and going to major tournaments in places like Vegas, Barcelona, Monte Carlo, etc. would be a dream.

Pole Dancer. I'd really like to do it, I love dancing. But there is a stigma attached to being a pole dancer, a stigma I'm not prepared to experience.

i did a sound engineeering course many years ago but ended up drifting back into my old line of work, but that was always my dream job.

I've always fancied joining the police. 

Reason I never applied is that i cant be arsed with the whole bullshit first few years of doing not much exciting. Id want to do the 'fun' side of policing - the TAG/PSG side of it. So instead, I work for an IT company.

I'm often told by people that they're 'in IT'.
What the hell does that mean? I'm still no wiser as to what they actually do.
I know what a plumber does. But 'in IT'.
