Again.....?
I'm still waiting for your last death threat to be carried out.
Your threats no longer carry the menace they once did, love.
You're the Uncle Junior of this site.

Your idol's on 5Live shortly being interviewed about his (alleged) "wonderful career as one of Britain's most enduring and best loved entertainers."
I've smashed my radio up already to avoid any unpleasantness.

That was the posh one.
Ours was a top loader and you had to wedge a butter knife under the bit you put the tape in and pushed down, as a cantilever to stop it squeaking.
Absolutely 100% true story.

we were definitely scraping the barrel we had the betamax version with a remote control you had to plug in to the machine and had a cable attached. It was always a pain trying to get a good film on betamax at Video view on Chorley Old Road

Bet you all watched porn on them.
They arrived on the scene a bit late for me. I had to make do with a Littlewoods catalogue.

When we first got our VHS Videostar, the only place you could get films was that off licence on Elgin St near the allotments.
They had about ten films in total.
Mad Max was the first one I ever saw on video and even now, when I watch it, I can remember how awesome it felt being able to pause and rewind a film.
