Rotherham still has a game in hand - they've played 43 games to the 44 played by Wigan and Millwall.

On the bright side, it wasn't six points deducted.
That said, Wigan have a decent chance of survival anyway as they could get points off Wolves at home and maybe something against Brentford away as we did.
Rotherham also have Reading at home (winnable) and Leeds away (anything possible) so if they don't pick up something from those they probably deserve to go down.
Millwall are in the poo though as their last two games are Derby at home and then Wolves away.
If it comes down to Wigan or Rotherham to escape it could even be decided on GD and currently Wigan are 1 goal better off.
It's going to be close.

Both Wolves and Brentford are chasing playoff spots and I don't see Wigan getting more than 2 more points this season, if that many. I'm cheering for them to go down, so that may be the reason.

Would be typical of them to stay up. Keeping my fingers crossed though.

I still think Wigan have got it all to do. I think Rotherham are the favourites to avoid the chop, which suits me fine. I haven't been to Rotherhams new stadium because we played them midweek so hopefully they can survive and I'll get to go next season. It's the closest I will ever get to America.

I like the local derby clashes, so one part of me hopes they stay up - i'd rather us play wigan than Rotherham or Millwall.
Not sure they have enough in the locker to win the last two games and have Rotherham not take advantage of their game in hand.

Still an hour to go and a lot can change in football in an hour.
Not looking good for the pie eaters though. What a shame.

If Rotherham can beat Reading at home on Tuesday then Wigan are toast.

Rotherham only needs 1 point from 2 games and Wigan are toast. If Rotherham has the same result as Millwall and Wigan in the next round of games - even if they all lose - Rotherham stay up.
