Half the site doesn't have home based IP's.

It's not a problem, what is a problem is that it is fairly obvious that some people clearly come here for the wrong reasons.

Anybody visited BA recently?  Even the most gullible on there seemed to have given up and let the fake accounts run riot.

I'm sure even these fake accounts - a man pretending to be an underaged child, a pretend woman, who is a Celtic fan, posting in pretend Scottish - for instance - no longer get a laugh from it as there's only them (and Scott) left posting on there!

The vast majority of us on Nuts don't want to go down that road, so we'll just keep potting the obvious fake accounts as they pop up.

It might not take long to create fake email addresses, register and post shite - but believe me it takes no time at all to push the ban button.

One of us will give up eventually - and there's several of us behind the scenes can and do ban fake accounts.

As I've said once before - We are all here to have fun - we are not all here for just one person to have fun.  There's a big difference between the two.

A pretend woman thats a pretend Celtic fan posting on a Bolton forum that doesn't have anyone on it. Some people obviously have nothing better to do

It's all a bit fucking sad if you ask me.

I joined BBC 606 so that I could have a laugh with a bunch of like-minded strangers and talk about Bolton in a (hopefully) light-hearted way.

The BBC shut that site down, so I moved to JA606 because it seemed like a natural replacement.

But that one turned out to be quieter than a fart in a church, so I wound up here.

And it's been great.

But I am still struggling to get my head round why any rational, adult human being would want to create a whole load of fake accounts and spend his time using said accounts to stir up trouble and generally get people arguing with each other over, basically, fuck all.

It's honestly quite pathetic and if you have to measure your own self-worth by how much shit you've managed to stir up amongst a bunch of people you've never met, on an internet forum, you need to take a good look at yourself.

I really can't understand the appeal.

Are you on about Natasha creating all these fake accounts or AD, Breadman?

Stop trying to turn it into Scott vs Breadman, this is down to one sad man who can't handle being banned from an internet forum. I don't know what AD has going on in real life but he seems to be spending an unnatural amount of time trying to sneak back on to a Bolton forum.
