Seriously though, can you really see anyone coming in boggers? The embargo's still in place, we don't even have a manager and the owners are apparently telling every Tom Dick and Harry who applies for the job who they plan to sign. No manager worth his salt is going to touch us with a bargepole under those circumstances and I doubt there's an agent anywhere who's thinking "My client would get a great deal if he went to Bolton and my commission would be awesome too."

I know it's negative, I wish I could post something else but I call it like I see it. Rather than just giving me the weary old comments about me being negative why not tell me  why you disagree with me? I'd love to find some real reason to be positive.

There's nothing to be positive about,at the moment,apart from the ST of course.
All I can hope for is eleven players willing to give their all for the shirt. If they can do that,be they the worst group of plonkers who ever took the field,they'll get my support.

I'm actually in the ST and would suggest waiting until after the elections to determine whether it's a positive or not. It should be but the current steering group worry me in how they're going about things.

As to the rest of your post I completely agree. Remember John McGovern's tenure here? 10 carthorses and donkey playing in Division 4 but even though they were woeful they at least gave it everything. If the current squad do that I'll stand by them regardless of the result. Sadly we haven't seen much of it in recent years.

If you do I'll vote for you mate. I think quite a few of those who've joined have some reservations about what's going on. I won't stand myself because I couldn't give it the time it deserves but I hope someone who does will.
