Chelsea to Pay astonishing 38 million pounds for HULK

Straight after paying 32 million for Hazard.

I've seen Hulk play numerous times and while i do think he is good 38 million is about 30 million too much IMO.

I like Hulk, but there are very few players worth that sort of money and I don't think he is one of them. That said, I think he is the type of Brazilian who will adapt quickly to English football.
