Will Jose Mouriniho get the sack from Chelsea or will he be backed for the rest of the season no matter what? Or will he crack under the pressure and quit?

You can discuss you theories about the hows and whys below, but first of all, just vote!

I think he could well be sacked at the end of the season for his poor conduct. I don't think they dare get rid of him at the moment though - who better to lead them back into the Champions League places? He knows those players better than anyone, and apart from maybe one or two who want out, and I think they'll do everything they can for him.

His act has worn thin and he has become very annoying but I prefer to see a handful of personalities managing in the Premier League. It would be very boring with a league full of Ronald Koemans.

They'll likely finish 4th despite their start because the league is massively average. Leicester 3rd? Shame on the rest of them.

I have a friend who knows people at Chelsea and he told me very early on in the season that Mourinho had lost the dressing room, the squad is split but there are a number of big players who he's totally fallen out with and they're not playing for him. Everything that happens since then supports that so for me there's no way back, like it or not the players hold the control in football and no matter who the manager is if they don't want to play for him they just won't. The sooner they sack him the better for Chelsea but I think they'll hold on for as long as possible partly because he signed a new contract and it will cost them a fortune to do it.

He'll be at PSG within a year or two. He came back to Chelsea because he is idolized by the fans but that's slowly wearing off. Those animals won't tolerate him if he does't finish 4th.

When I lived in London, and couldn't get up to Bolton games, I used to go to Stamford Bridge quite regularly with my Chelsea fan flatmate. I'll never forget what nasty, miserable fans they are - they turned on their players and each other at the drop of a hat.
I'd go to Craven Cottage occasionally too because it was right around the corner from home and the contrast in atmosphere was incredible.

Did you ever drink in the Slug & Lettuce on the Broadway?

I had a mate who lived in London back then and it was his local.  It was always full of Chelsea fans whenever I went down to see him and I hated the place because of that fact.

You're right, they're all horrible bastards.

I'm pretty certain I did. The last place I lived in London was on Fulham Broadway.

Even Leeds fans aren't as bad. Horrible bastards but at least they do it with a bit of humor.

Those who are idolised should set a good example to their young followers:- the behaviour of Jose, his staff (except for Carneiro) and his players is generally disgraceful. Youngsters will inevitably copy, causing real problems in schools, society and at home.
People in the limelight have a responsibility to cut out bullying, intimidation, spitting, swearing, cheating, sulking, rudeness, arrogance.....and to show true sportsmanship instead.
As for Mourinho's attitude to women, words fail me. He is taking his club back to the stone age. I don't care if he wins every single game from now until the end of the season, he is not a fit person to manage. In any case, if he can't succeed when he has an open chequebook, then he is not even close to a "special one". Try managing Crewe....or us!
