If you tap and hold an app you can then drag it to wherever you wish to on any page. I have a page for entertainment app, one for most used, like contacts and phone,(Home page) among others, and another for noted, spreadsheets and navigation data. You have to play around with things. Just make sure you have the "Settings" app to muck about with the phones settings.
