Don't think C5 ban anyone as one cannot make comments and its only a Video On Demand service of the programmes they have shown (bit like Netflix but gratis). C4, ITV, BBC and sky all work.
Film and TV review.

I've just spoken to the head of C5, he confirms you have a 12 month ban.

Watched the pilot of that new ABC show called "Revolution"
Utter rubbish IMO.
When will the networks learn, script is important, it's not all about crap special effects.

It's about the world after ALL power has ceased to be because of a completely unexplained event.

I suspect it'll be cancelled within weeks but I'm sure it'll come over.

I don't think quality means much in the US. That new show with Charlie Sheen "Anger Management" is absolute crap but the network has just ordered 90 new shows.
I absolutely love "A Gifted Man" but that's been cancelled because it wasn't gory enough for US folk.

You're right tbh, a lot of good shows have fallen by the wayside because of the "ratings effect" but thankfully the very top shows have been allowed to flourish even with poor ratings. The Wire for example.

I'll never understand how they didn't continue with "Lucky Louie" starring Louie CK.

Just watched Homeland. If you liked season one you will like this too. I regret to say that I will be watching it in the same way I watched the later seasons of 24. Gripped by the momentum and plot twists but annoyed by the unbelievable elements.

I Dont watch to much TV, I also own a Virgin Tivo box with 1TB of storage... so I record loads of stuff and never quite get round to watching it.
However, this weekend I got round to watching the Black Mirror series By Charlie Brooker - I found it very thought provoking, sick at times, but thought provoking nonetheless.
If nobody has seen them - I assume you probably have as they are about a year old now, I REALLY need to sort out my bloody recordings and have a 'junk food and TV weekend' I'm not going to spoil them but they are REALLY good.
im also enjoying Mrs Biggs at the min too.
