Why would a 75 year old Egyptian billionaire banker want to buy Bolton?

As I said in another post yesterday...... what's changing in 48 hours that can't be decided today?  now it's what's changing in the next 24 hour to affect the big decision.  My prediction is that we will get a decision 10 minutes after the deadline for our court appearance.....get 12 points deducted .....then the buyer drops out.  Or to put it another way ....business as usual at BWFC.

That'd presumably be with the money made from the sale of the car park which, we learned yesterday in an article which almost slipped under the radar because the BN slipped it onto the Wanderers news page near the bottom, as opposed to at the top where new stories normally appear, involved offering a slice of the hotel as collateral.

So in effect, ED has mortgaged a bit of the hotel off.

And people worry about new owners getting us into debt by mortgaging stuff......
