The Bolton Wanderers Supporters Trust will hold their first official meeting at the Macron on Thursday, March 31.
The event will take place in the Premier Suite at 7.45pm and will allow members to come and pose questions to the steering group about their plans for the future.
Non-members will also be welcome to attend and join on the night, with doors opening early to accommodate the process.
The trust will update fans on the upcoming elections and the progress made in the three months since its inception.
BWFCST members are also reminded that April 25 will be the last day on which they can register to stand for election, non-members will also have to register by that date if they want to vote or stand.
Tickets are free but must be logged at bwfcst.co.uk for health and safety reasons.
