Why do clubs keep giving Owen Coyle work?

He's a proven flop, with shit training methods, and couldn't spot a good player if he was humping his leg.

He would probably be a better table tennis team manager for the Olympics.

I don't understand why he keeps getting employed.  He really needs to go the lower leagues and learn again.
