Set of at 4am to get to hemel hempstead this morning.  Did my work from half 8 until half eleven.  Set off back home.  8 hours later i finally get home.

Seriously, i know we have had a thread on rubbernecking before but i was at a standstill for 3 hours on the m1 and 2 hours on the m6 because on the m6 at 1am this morning a  lorry carrying coca cola strup spiltt its load and the only reopened it at 6pm.  17 hours to clear up coca cola.  If thats not a sign to avoid drinking the stuff i dont know what is.

Pepsi max all the way.  Smile

The m1 queue was due to a lorry crash closing one lane, people rubbernecking then crashed closing a second lane, and you know what they say, it comes in threes, another crash closing 3 of the 4 lanes.

Be careful. I got addicted to Lemsip once. Couldn't go to sleep without drinking it before bed and sometimes used to sneak 2 sachets in the cup.

Mentioned it to my Mum recently and she said 'oooh that's bad. I used to be the same with Benylin, couldn't get enough of the stuff'.
