What I don't get though is, if Evil Bob Hope's got the money to buy Holdsworth out, why are we facing cash flow problems?

Statement from Chairman Ken Anderson regarding recent speculation

Following recent speculation in respect of potential takeover discussions Chairman Ken Anderson would like to refute this unhelpful rumour and place on record that the club has not previously or is currently holding any discussions with a Saudi based group or their legal representatives regarding a potential takeover of the Club.



The BWFC statement is very clear on the point that it is not negotiating with a Saudi based consortium or it's legal representatives, but equally clear is the fact that there is no blanket statement that the club is not undergoing negotiations for the sale of the club to parties other than them.
The unhelpfulness of these rumours maybe that they are hindering negotiations elsewhere and given that KA is keen to get  hold of DH's shares it would imply that this may be the case.
