A 10,000 dollar reward for information leading to the arrest of this sicko who tried to grab a ten year old girl in broad daylight as she walked with her 2 year old brother. She somehow fights him off. This girl was so lucky and I am so scared to think of what might have happened to her if he had managed to take her away.
