God over 50 years since this song was released - bet most of those who go to the Macron weren't even born back then let alone even heard the song.

It's still sounds pretty good even after all these years though.

I wonder if anyone could turn it into a song for the terraces to sing perhaps?

No problem. Just needs a different score and lyrics.

And possibly some amendment to the phrasing and tempo because the original's quite slow and wistful and that's not generally a good template for songs which morph into terrace chants.

Apart from that, it's fine.
