Seems Dean And Ken have finally come to an arrangement. Having trouble posting the link but it's on the official bwfc website if someone wants to post the link themselves.

Bolton Wanderers Football Club is pleased to confirm that an agreement has been reached between Ken Anderson and Dean Holdsworth that will see ownership of Sports Shield BWFC Limited transferred to Inner Circle Investments Ltd.
Both parties acknowledge that certain public statements each has made about the integrity and conduct of the other may have been inappropriate and, on reflection, regrettable.
Both Dean and Ken are delighted that they have reached this arrangement and have done so with the best interests of the Club and its fans in mind. Part of the arrangement has seen both parties agree that Dean will continue his involvement with the Club as Club Ambassador.
No further statement will be made at this time.

I very much doubt it unless somebody has paid it off or everybody accepts that the contract was somehow entered into illegally and then it becomes an issue between Holdsworth and BluMarble directly with the club no longer being involved or BluMarble having a charge on the clubs assets (and Companies House is still saying at today's date that the charge still stands).
Basically the statement is saying Anderson's - Circle Investments Ltd, has taken over Holdsworth's - Sport Shield BWFC Ltd.
Sport Shield BWFC was the entity that took out the loan with BluMarble - so all that seems to have happened is that everything still remains the same except Ken now owns the company that took out the BluMarble loan instead of Holdsworth.
To be pedantic, nothing in the statement says anything about Holdsworth shares in BWFC.
I am assuming his shares will be transferred as part of this deal to Anderson (or maybe even BluMarble!) but until we/Companies House are told otherwise, then Holdsworth still retains ownership in the club (if no longer SS BWFC Ltd).
I suspect we've certainly not heard the last of all of this yet.
