Brucey Bonus?

May 29th 2017 will be the 25th anniversary of Bruce Rioch's appointment as BWFC manager. I'm currently working on a blog to mark the occasion and I'm looking to the rest of the Nutters for ideas. Is there a particular memory of Bruce's time with us you'd like to see included, perhaps a specific match or incident that still stands out in your mind. I will be posting the blog here on the day itself and I would like to try and include as many contributions from other posters as possible. So from now until May 25th if there's something special you want me to put in then please send me a PM and I'll do what I can to accommodate it. I'll need the remaining three days to polish and edit etc and I promise to try and make it an entertaining read.

No probs mate. But on a more serious note I really do want to hear from any poster who has an idea or wants me to cover something from the Rioch era. For my money it was THE most significant managerial appointment at BWFC of my lifetime. Without Bruce and later Colin Todd the Big Sam era wouldn't have happened or if it had it would have looked very different. Like I said in the OP feel free to drop me a line if you have a specific match or memory you'd like to see included.

Id be interestwd to know what he has been doing since.  I heard he was managing a pub team in devon
