WANDERERS have settled both winding-up petitions issued by HMRC in May.
Documents seen by The Bolton News confirm claims against Bolton Wanderers Football and Athletic Company and Burnden Leisure Ltd have now been withdrawn.
The winding-up petitions were issued on May 2 and would have been heard in court before the end of this month.
The claim against Burnden Leisure was officially withdrawn on June 1 at the HM Tribunals and Courts office, with the BWFAC petition removed on July 16.
The matters are separate from an active winding-up petition issued against Sports Shield BWFC by BluMarble, which was given a final four-week adjournment at the Winders Court in London on June 12.
That case is due to be heard for the final time on July 10.
