 It was just a joke

Just a thought I've had.

IF the embargo gets lifted or relaxed AND if we do have some money in the pot...

...then we wouldn't necessarily have to rush sign 'free agents' such as Bruce and Spearing tomorrow before the transfer window deadline.

Thus taking some of the pressure off if we had other targets to be dealing with before the window shuts.
